The National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”) has issued a circular dated 20.09.2023, intimating the constitution of Special Bench in NCLT Mumbai for the period of 03.10.2023 to 20.10.2023, since Smt. The National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”) has issued a circular dated 20.09.2023, intimating the constitution of Special Bench in NCLT Mumbai for the period of 03.10.2023 to 20.10.2023, since Smt. Madhu Sinha (Technical Member) is on leave in that duration.
The Special Bench shall attend to the matters listed before Ms. Reeta Kohli (Judicial Member) and Smt. Madhu Sinha (Technical Member).
The Special Bench shall comprise of:
NCLT Mumbai Bench (Court No. V)
- Ms. Reeta Kohli (Judicial Member)
- Shri Sanjiv Dutt (Technical Member)
It is to be noted that Shri Sanjiv Dutt (Technical Member) shall first take up matters of their own Division Bench (NCLT Mumbai Court No. VI) and thereafter attend to matters before Special Bench (NCLT Mumbai Court No. V) as per convenience.
The Circular has been issued in partial modification of Order of even number dated 18.08.2023, and applicable between 03.10.2023 and 20.10.2023 only.
