Students of Institute of Law, Nirma University (ILNU), won the Great Britain Debate 2017-18, organised by the British Deputy High Commission of Great Britain, in collaboration with Gujarat University, on Wednesday. The winning team comprised Toshit Godara and Subham Borah.

The Great Debate is a unique opportunity to celebrate the UK and India’s shared culture of vibrant discussion and debate.

The team was greatly appreciated by Deputy High Commissioner Geoff Wain and social entrepreneur Ruzan Khambatta.

Prof. Purvi Pokhariyal, Director ILNU, too, praised the team in her motivational message. The Debate Society of ILNU, in an official statement, recognised the achievement.
