Empanelment Of Panel Advocates At Central Silk Board, Kolkata

Central Silk Board, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India has proposed to engage Panel Counsel/(s) to represent the Regional Office, Central Silk Board, Kolkata & its attached sister Offices & Units before the High Court, Central Government Industrial Tribunal (CGIT), Central Administrative Tribunal, District Consumer Disputes Redressal / Forum (DCDRF), State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (SCDRC), National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) and District and Session / Lower Courts.

Qualification and Experience
- Be enrolled/registered as an advocate with the State Bar Council.
- Have a minimum, relevant experience of Ten Years of handling Civil, Service, Labour Matters, Land Acquisition, property laws, taxation, Arbitration matters and other cases before High Court with a fair association with Silk industry and Textiles.

- Eligible practising advocates must submit application in the format prescribed in Annexure "A" and Annexure 'B" enclosed herewith, along with all supporting documents in a sealed envelope to The Deputy Secretary (Tech.), Regional Silk Board 15, Gariahat Road, South, Gariahat Rd, Dhakuria, Kolkata, West Bengal 700031.
- Eligible candidates may apply in the applicable based on the Notice and send to this Office with supporting documents in sealed cover superscripted to empanel/ new Advocates on or before 10.06.2019.
