Kerala High Court Prescribes Dress Code For Interns [Read Notice]

Through a notice issued by the Registrar General dated 14/02/2018, the High Court of Kerala has called for a prescribed dress code to be worn by interns doing internship in the High Court, and Subordinate Courts across Kerala.

The notice reads thus : “It is hereby informed that all Law Students undergoing internship in the High Court and Subordinate Courts shall follow the dress code stipulated in the rules framed by the Bar Council of India under Section 49 (1)(gg) of the Advocates Act 1961,except coat, band and gown with effect from 01.03.2018.”
