GLC Mumbai To Organise 21st D.M. Harish Memorial Moot [7th-9th Feb]

Dates: 7^th–9^th February 2020

The compromis of the competition deals primarily with issues relating to International Law, highlighting the emerging legal landscape and has been drafted by experts in the field.

A unique feature of the competition is a Panel Discussion which witnesses the representation of eminent personalities from the field of law, politics, media, etc.

Invited Indian Teams: The organisers shall invite only those Indian Universities/Colleges (refer to which had qualified to the Quarter Final Rounds in the 20^th D. M. Harish Memorial Government Law College International Moot Court Competition to participate in the competition.

Participation through Memorial Round: All other Indian universities must participate in the Memorial Round. Indian Universities/Colleges shall be selected from these to participate in the competition based on the Memorial submitted by them on or before 11:59 p.m. [Indian Standard Time] on 29^th December 2019.

Registration Fee:

• Indian Universities: INR 5000
• Foreign Universities: USD 150

Awards:

• Best Team: Rolling trophy and cash prize of Rs. 36,000
• 2^nd Best Team: Rolling trophy and cash prize of Rs. 27,000
• Best Memorial: Award and cash prize of Rs 15,000
• Runner-up Memorial: Award and cash prize of Rs. 12,000
• Best Speaker: Award and cash prize of Rs. 14,000
• 2^nd Best Speaker: Award and cash prize of Rs. 10,000
• Best Speaker in the Final Round of Arguments: Award and cash prize of Rs. 14,000
• Best Researcher: Award and cash prize of Rs. 12,000
• 2^nd Best Researcher: Award and cash prize of Rs. 10,000
