Gujarat HC Cancels Summer Vacation [Read Notification]

The Gujarat High Court has issued a notification cancelling the HC's summer vacation which had been scheduled from May 11 to June 7.

The notification was issued post consideration of the request made by the President of the Gujarat High Court Advocates' Association and appraisal of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Currently, one Division Bench of the High Court and as many as Single Benches as required on the basis of the workload are functioning via video conferencing.
