    Following its success in 2015 and 2016, CHLP, CHR and CIPR, under the aegis of NUALS is holding its annual International Seminar with the central theme “Access to Information and Communication Technologies” on the Health, Human Rights and IPR perspectives.

    Aim:

    The aim of this Seminar is to explore into the intricacies of modern Information and Communication Technologies in accessing, mobilising, promoting, controlling and regulating the credible and comprehensive resources of information and communication using technology and to identify the cultural, economic, political and geographical patterns in attaining universal access to information. The programme will deliberate on the impact of Information and Communication Technologies in Health, Human Rights and Intellectual Property rights perspectives.

    Who Can Submit?

    The Centre for Health Law and Policy (CHLP), the Centre for Human Rights (CHR) and the Centre for Intellectual Property Rights (CIPR), NUALS, Kochi call upon the legal fraternity, academicians from law and other social science disciplines, research scholars, social activists, representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations and students of relevant disciplines and other stakeholders to present their well-researched papers.

    • Notification for acceptance of Abstract- 30.06.2017

    • Last date for submission of Full Paper- 31.07.2017

    • Notification of acceptance of Full Paper- 10.08.2017

    • Last date for Registration- 31.08.2017


    Registration Fees:

    1. Academicians/Teachers/Research Scholars and Other Participants : Rs. 2500/- (Individual/Co-author)

    2. Students : Rs. 500/- (Individual/Co-author)
