Dhavan: In the previous Order, along with our questions, the Court wanted to add three more questions. I am inviting the AG to be a part of the matter.

Bench informs Dhavan that they will adjourn the matter as various part-heard matters are pending for the day. 

Dhavan: Now this matter has to be heard on the issues of law. As per Rule 10, the AG should be present.
