J Khanwilkar: This has to stop. Don’t come up again or there will be exemplary costs. Let students & authorities do their job. You can’t PIL like this. Whoever has filed we’re saying for that petitioner

Bench: This petition is ill advised, premature. Authorities are yet to take a decision for exam in respective boards. If decisions is not in accordance with rules & Act it will be open to aggrieved persons to set challenge in that regard

Padmanabhan: it will get delayed by then.

Padmanabhan: CBSE has conducted first term exam in offline mode in Dec 2021 in mcq mode & results aren’t published. Tentative date is 5th july & no date for results declarations.

Bench: when exams are due they’ll declare, what’s the problem?
