      Chaudhari: If we are aggrieved by an order and it is antithetical to what is prayed for here, then we may be heard. If Government gives us a chance, that'll be fine.

      SG: Section 21 under Act is not a power which puts forth a lis between parties. It is a power of the Executive.

      SG: This is an exercise of executive powers regarding contents of a particular show and there is an affected party.

      Justice Chandrachud: Are you pressing Mr. Chaudhari that you be heard before the govt. Authority?

      Justice Chandrachud: If it were to be heard only in the facts of this case?

      SG: Govt. may take the call of hearing anyone and if they feel it is necessary to be heard, they may do so, without a specific direction by My lords.

      Justice Joseph asks SG: If someone makes a complaint, would it be totally illegal for you to hear them, even if we take into account the principles of natural justice?

      SG: I am not saying that, but I wouldn't want to concede so something that becomes a norm.
