SC Makes Filing Of Soft Copies Of Petitions Mandatory Along with Physical Filing [Read Circular]

The Supreme Court of India has intimated that from now on Advocates-on-Record and Party-in-Person will have to file a soft copy of the petition as well as the accompanying documents, apart from physical filing at the filing counter of the SC Registry.
