Supreme Court Collegium Reiterates Names Of 9 Advocates, 3 Judicial Officers As Judges Of 5 High Courts

The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on 1st September, 2021 has, on reconsideration, resolved to reiterate its earlier recommendations for elevation of the Advocates as Judges in the following High Courts: Rajasthan High Court : Shri Farzand Ali Calcutta High CourtShri Jaytosh Majumdar Shri Amitesh Banerjee Shri Raja Basu Chowdhury Smt. Lapita Banerji Jammu & Kashmir High Court : Shri Rahul Bharti Smt. Moksha Kazmi (Khajuria) Karnataka High Court Shri Nagendra R. Naik Shri Aditya SondhiApart from the above, the Collegium has also reiterated the names of 3 judicial officers as the judges of the Allahabad High Court.1. Shri Om Prakash Tripathi, 2.
