The Delhi High Court has notified its arrangement for hearing of urgent matters during summer vacations commencing from June 03 to June 30, 2023.

The arrangement is in the following terms:

- Justice Chandra Dhari Singh and Justice Girish Kathpalia: June 03 to June 09

- Justice Jasmeet Singh and Justice Vikas Mahajan: June 10 to June 16

- Justice Tara Vitasta Ganju and Justice Amit Mahajan: June 17 to June 23

- Justice C. Hari Shankar and Justice Manoj Jain: June 24 to June 30

The notification issued today by the Registrar General states that the judges will sit in Division Benches first and then singly to hear urgent Civil and Criminal matters and other cases as may be placed before them.

“Ordinarily the Hon'ble Judges will sit in Court on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and such other days as they may think fit at 10.30 A.M. The sitting may continue for the next succeeding day if matters fixed for any day are not finished on that day,” the notification states.

It further adds that if one of the judges is not available on any day for any unforeseen reason, the other judge may sit alone, subject to the condition that the such judge shall not dismiss the Division Bench matters.
