SC bench led by Justice Banumathi has assembled to hear Centre's appeal against Delhi HC order which disallowed separate hangings of the convicts.
"We make it clear that the pendency of this SLP will not be an impediment for the trial court in considering the plea for fresh death warrant on merits", the bench says in the order.
