The Petition filed by Advocate Mamta Sharma also seeks a direction to devise an objective methodology to declare the result of class XII within a specific timeframe.
Bench: We allow request of deferring this case for 2 weeks taking statement on record that in principle decision has been taken to cancel the exams.
Bench: Wait for some time, have patience. Interest of students will be taken into account whether its #CBSE #ICSE or other Boards.
Bench: Once their criteria comes on record, then that issue can be taken first. We know how to resolve this crisis. Whatever is required will be done, have some patience.
Petitioner Mamta Sharma makes submissions regarding students from State Boards, and how a decision hasn’t been taken. A uniform decision needs to be passed for State Boards also.
