Bench: We allow request of deferring this case for 2 weeks taking statement on record that in principle decision has been taken to cancel the exams.

Bench: Wait for some time, have patience. Interest of students will be taken into account whether its #CBSE #ICSE or other Boards.

Petitioner Mamta Sharma makes submissions regarding students from State Boards, and how a decision hasn’t been taken. A uniform decision needs to be passed for State Boards also.

Bench: If you want you can do it over night also. Do it in 2 weeks. AG has asked for reasonable time. Don’t bargain time frame, you should do it overnight.

Justice Maheshwari: Last week also they’d taken a decision, why are they asking for more time. Two weeks is good.
