The High Court of Kerala on Wednesday has granted bail to Rahul Pasupalan and his wife Reshmi R Nair main organizers of ‘Kiss of love’ campaign in a  online sex racket case.

The couple was arrested on November 18, 2015 pursuant to an operation titled ‘Operation Big Daddy’ conducted across State of Kerala by a special wing of Kerala Police led by I.G. S. Sreejith.

The bench of Justice Sunil Thomas granted bail to the accused holding that the investigating authorities had not filed a charge sheet against them before the trial court even after the expiry of statutory period of ninety days. The Court also gave due consideration to the fact that the accused had been in jail, ever since November last year much beyond the statutory period.

The bail has been granted to the accused based on stringent conditions  which involves not to leave the jurisdiction of State of Kerala, and to appear on two days every week before the investigating officer.
