Supreme Court Bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar is hearing a plea seeking for an extra chance for Civil Service aspirants who had given their last attempt of the UPSC exam in October 2020.
Matter has now been adjourned to Friday.
Bench: Mr. Divan, we accommodate you too.
SG: Mr. Divan, by Friday, we may not even have to trouble the Court.
Divan: Then will serve the Solicitor or Mr. Raju a short note.
Court is discussing.
SG: It can be Friday too.
Bench: Then we will keep it on Friday.
Divan: I don’t want to stand in the way of accommodating the Solicitor. But, we may need time to Reply.
