Matter has now been adjourned to Friday. 

Bench: Mr. Divan, we accommodate you too.

SG: Mr. Divan, by Friday, we may not even have to trouble the Court.

Divan: Then will serve the Solicitor or Mr. Raju a short note. 

Court is discussing.

SG: It can be Friday too.

Bench: Then we will keep it on Friday.

Divan: I don’t want to stand in the way of accommodating the Solicitor. But, we may need time to Reply.

G: We cannot do that. We cannot seek time and then notify.

Bench: We will not record it.

SG: I am making a statement before this Court. 

SG: We could seek instructions and discuss, and come back. If you could consider.
