Kashiff - But Somiya and Baldev were allowed to go.

Kashiff- They have failed to prove who brought the drugs which are being foisted on me.

And if they can't find where it came from , then all 1300 people (in the cruise) should be arrested in the case.

Kashiff is reading the seizure panchnama.

He reads that during the personal search of Somiya Singh and Mummun, nothing was recovered.

"The case is against Somiya Singh, not me. The rolling paper used to smoke up and..was recovered from Somiya. It's in their own document".

Desai - This is a direct infringement of constitutional guarantees. We are all available to the agencies. Bail may be granted.

Desai : This is a draconian legislation and there is a duty to apply mind.

Rohatgi : Remand application must mention true and correct facts.

Rohatgi says that seeing the remand application was misleading as if to make one feel that the large quantities mentioned in that were recovered from Aryan Khan.

Rohatgi: They have the phone but they don't tell us (in remand). We don't have access to the chats. They have chats, they have possession and yet they chose to mislead me by not telling me what has been recovered.
