We have one small concern - Now that 31st Oct has already taken place, there is a possibility that certain things might take place which will be difficult to take back. So, we request for one day before the vacation. As far as the main hearing is concerned, it will be deferred to January.

Petitioners nominated S. Prasanna from their side. Let the Union take responsibility. We will give all the documents to the Union. But, please fix a timeline when this can be done.

Senior Advocate Raju Ramachandran - Counter Affidavit has been filed. In consultation with the opposite side, we will file a common compilation with the relevant case laws.
