  • Advanced Course on Current Developments in the Substantive and Procedural Criminal Laws International and National Dimensions

    National Law University, Delhi is organizing a five days ‘Advanced Course on Current Developments in the Substantive and Procedural Criminal Laws- International and National Dimensions’ from 1-5 June 2015 with the idea to apprise the teachers about the current developments and latest judicial interpretations aimed at resolving the crime tangle. This course would be of special relevance to the Criminal Law and Criminology teachers.

    The basic objective of this course is as follows:



    1. To critically analyze the evolving jurisprudence related to Substantive and Procedural Criminal Laws in the context of some of the significant Supreme Court Rulings.
    2. To underscore the emerging trends in theories of Criminal Procedure and Substantive Law.



    • To identify the new perspectives in the light of some of the relevant publications in Substantive and Criminal Procedures for streamlining teaching and research in these areas.
