But in reality, they really ignore the consequences of dying without a will. Unfortunately it will create uncertainty, delays, financial ambiguity, family disputes, and legal complications. Therefore, planning of inheritance is an essential legal step that will ensures that the property is distributed according to the wishes of owner and helps to prevent future family disputes. If a person dies intestate means without making a proper will then the inheritance laws will make the distribution of their property, and which may or may not be according to the intension of deceased person.
