Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited has invited applications from the eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Law Officer.

Job Profile: He has to look after Company Secretarial and the Legal matters of the Company.

Age limit: 30 Years (Five years relaxation shall be given to woman candidate as per rules)

Remuneration (per month): Rs. 38,500 /- per month fixed (all inclusive/consolidated) remuneration for the first year which shall be increased by 10% every year.

Essential Qualification

1. Special LLB with minimum 60 % marks from Govt. recognized university with regular course or Five years integrated course in law. The candidate possessing the above prescribed qualification without ATKT in the final year / last two semesters will only be considered as eligible.
2. Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Experience: 03 years of post-qualification (ACS)/ (LLB) working experience in Secretarial Department of a Company / public sector/ power sector at officer level.
