BCI postpones AIBE, to be held on May 25 2015, registrations dates extended

Bar Council of India has postponed the eighth All India Bar Examination (AIBE). The exam will now be held on May 25 2015.

The Bar Council of India released a notification on its website which reads, “As per the Council decision, the examination date for AIBE-VIII has been postponed to 24th May, 2015 and therefore the registration date has also been extended. The new date schedule for AIBE-VIII Is available now."

The new schedule can be accessed here. The exam was scheduled for March 15 2015. However, in light of the new notification, the same now stands postponed by about two months and the examination will be conducted on 24th May 2015.

Interestingly, this is not the first time that AIBE has been postponed as both the sixth and seventh edition were also postponed.
