Supreme Court to hear today Mamata Banerjee’s petition challenging the Election Commission of India’s interim order freezing the Trinamool Congress name and symbol in the dispute with Ritabratra Banerjee’s rival faction.

Bench led by CJI Surya Kant to hear the plea.
