Judge: If they're able to have a march in a terrorist infected place like J&K, why is TN police denying permission every year

Judge: This government is against any procession. They're denying permission for dravidar kazhagam and for RSS

Judge: The government is seeing citizens are enemies. Whichever govt is coming up, they're rejecting.

Senior Adv NL Rajah (for party member): An org like rss is able to come to court and seek permission. what about smaller parties which don't have wherewithal to come to court.

Court says state should not see these as adverse litigation 

Court asks 5 members from petitioner side to have talk with State Public Prosecutor John Sathyan this afternoon and sort the issue.
