The special issue on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 by GNLU aims to provide comprehensive research on different facets of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 as well as its interaction with other debt recovery and security enforcement laws.

Submission Guidelines

  • Entries to have a cover page containing Full name, designation, Institution/Organization/

  • University; and professional and contact details of Author.

  • The abstract must contain title of the paper, research findings, objectives of the paper and key words.

  • Entries should be submitted in .doc format to centregcccl@gnlu.ac.in

  • Font Type: Garamond

  • Line Spacing: 1.5 inch Text: 12 font size

  • Word limit:
    Abstract–750-800 words
    Full paper- 4000-6000 words

  • Publication of paper will be subject to blind review and plagiarism check
