  • Capacity Development Programme for Corporate Laws at NLU Delhi

    National Law University, Delhi has established a National Academy of Law Teachers (NALT) to improve quality of teaching and research. Keeping this in view, the University is organizing a six days ‘Capacity Development Programme for Corporate Laws’. The course is intended to serve as a primer which aims at building the fundamentals in areas such as Companies Act, Contract Act, Security Regulations, Banking, Taxation, Insurance, Competition law and Cyber laws. Faculty members will be sensitized on diverse aspects involved in this area of law. The week long capsule course would not only introduce the participants to diverse areas of corporate laws, but would also prepare them for future advanced courses which the Academy and the Center for Corporate Law and Governance would endeavour to bring in.

    Objective of the Program: The basic objective of the course includes:



    1. Introduction and understanding of different Corporate Laws
    2. Development of theoretical knowledge & practical skill set
    3. Interaction with diverse group of practitioners & academicians
    4. Peer group learning
    5. Preparation for future advanced courses


    How to apply

    The candidates must fill the registration form along with the Registration fee   of Rs. 3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only)   payable through Demand Draft, Drawn in favour of ‘Registrar, National Law University, Delhi’ payable in Delhi, and submit  the  registration form duly addressed to Registrar, National Law University, DelhiSector-14,Dwarka, New Delhi -110078
