  • Christ’s first ADR Competition from 11-13 Feb

    The School of Law Christ University is going to organize the first edition of SLCU National ADR Competition to be held from 11th to 13th February, 2016.

    Objective:

    The primary objective of this competition is to provide a platform for the students, to develop and showcase their interviewing, planning, and analysing skills. It provides an exposure to a wide array of dispute resolution mechanisms.

    Event:



    • The event comprises of three competitions – a Client Counselling, a Negotiation and a Mediation Competition.
    • Each competition has a cap of 16 teams on the First serve basis.
    • The selected participants are invited to takepart in a seminar conducted by CAMP (Centre for Advanced Mediation Practice) and FSRI (Foundation for Sustainable Rule of Law Initiatives) on 10th February 2016


    Important Dates:

    Dates of the Competition: 11th-13th February

    Last date for Registration: 6th January 2016

    Intimation of Selected Teams: 7th January 2106

    Submission of Strategy Papers (Negotiation): 25th January 2016

    Awards:

    Cash Prizes up to Rs 40,000 to be won.

    Each team will be awarded participation certificates and letters of Merit.
