The Asia Pacific Centre for Arbitration & Mediation (APCAM), which is the first global ADR Centre jointly formed by institutions from 8 countries in the Asia Pacific region, is hosting the first International ADR Summit. Date: 6th -7th May 2023 Venue: Le Meridien, New DelhiThe APCAM International ADR Summit, which is the first of its kind major international Summit, hosted by all the APCAM Centres from Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, South Korea and Thailand, will gather the top ADR institutions from the region, International Chambers, Arbitrators, Mediators, ADR professionals, Judges, Legal experts, In-house counsel, Government leaders and ADR Users, to discuss, network and deliberate the latest trends and developments of disputes, its resolutions and enforcement trends. APCAM’s vision is to assist the international business community to resolve their international and cross-border disputes under a single set of mediation and arbitration rules and with a uniform fee structure, and to create a single panel of international mediators and arbitrators, with uniform accreditation, so as to establish the best standards in professionalism and credibility, so that the business community gets unbiased professionals that resolve disputes in a timely manner, and thereby create a better business environment in the region.
