A Pan India Legal Awareness & Outreach Campaign is being organized by the National Legal Services Authority as a part of "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" from October 02, 2021 to November 14, 2021. As a part of campaign, M.P. High Court & MPSLSA under the visionary leadership of Justice Mohammad Rafiq, Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court & Patron-in-Chief MSPSLSA, organized a Prabhatpheri in the morning of Birth Anniversary of the Father of Nation viz. 2nd October 2021, which was flagged off by His Lordship in the august presence oF the Companion Judges.
On this auspicious occasion, Lt. Gen. S. Mohan, General Officer Commanding handed over the "Victory Flame" to the Chief Justice, who after paying respect to it, handed it over to Prabhatpheri.
During the 45 days long Pan India Awareness & Outreach campaign and on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the 1971 war, the Legal Services Authorities across the State will be reaching each and every village in the State through its work force and will ensure that every nook & corner of the State feels the presence of legal services institutions. Apart from that, the campaign will also spread education, particularly to the people living in rural & far flung tribal areas, about free legal aid services, legal rights and entitlements guaranteed under the Constitution as well as other welfare legislations and with the inclusion of Victory Flame, the citizens may also be made aware of the indomitable courage and achievements of the Indian Army.
Under the aegis of NALSA and directions of M.P. State Legal Services Authority, all the District Legal Services Authorities and TLSCs of the State organized Prabhatpheris to make aware general public.
In the said programme, Registrar General MP High Court, Shri Rajendra Kumar Vani, Shri Naveen Saxena, Principal District Judge- Jabalpur, Shri Ram Kumar Choubey, Director State Judicial Academy, Registry Officers of High Court, Shri Mohit Dewan, Secretary HCLSC- Jabalpur, Additional Secretary MPSLSA Shri Manoj Kumar Singh, Deputy Secretary Shri Arvind Shrivastava, respected Members of BARS', DLAOs- Shri Zeeshan Khan, Jitendra Mohan Dhurve & Mohd. Jeelani and other Respected dignitaries were also present.
