Bar Council Of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry, Chennai Cordially is organizing a Seminar on Insolvency & Bankruptcy — Emerging Trends to be held on 15th June 2019 at Bar Council auditorium, which will be Inaugurated by Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.J. The event will be graced in the presence of Hon'ble Mr. Justice S. Mani Kumar, Hon'ble Mr. Justice M. Venugopal (Retd.), Hon'ble Mr. 'Justice R. Subramaniam, Hon 'b/e Dr. Justice Anita Sumanth, & Judges, Madras High Court Mr. B.S.V. Prakash Kumar, Judicial Member, NCLT} Chennai & Mr. Sumant Batra, Advocate, President, Society for Insolvency Practitioners of India (SIPI).
The program is divided into two sessions as Open House Session and Revolutionary Changes "Determination of Default" replacing "Inability to pay", brought by l & B Code, 2016 respectively followed by the lunch.
