The Bengaluru ADR Week 2025 will be held from 21 to 23 November 2025, bringing together leading voices from the judiciary, Bar, academia, and industry for four days of dialogue, learning, and collaboration on alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Registrations are now open at www.bengaluruadrweek.in .
The 2024 edition brought together eminent speakers from the judiciary, the Bar, academia, and industry. Discussions ranged from institutional arbitration and mediation frameworks to emerging challenges such as technology-driven dispute resolution, shareholder and contractual disputes, and strategies for positioning India as a global ADR hub.
Building on this momentum, the 2nd edition of the Bengaluru ADR Week 2025 will be held from 21 to 23 November 2025. This year, the ADR Week explores processes to augment the Arbitration Eco space through though provoking panel discussions, interactive sessions and practical workshops.
Organized by the Bengaluru Arbitration Week Trust in collaboration with the Arbitration & Conciliation Centre, Bengaluru, the Karnataka Judicial Academy, and the Advocates' Association, Bengaluru, the event has fast become a key platform for exchange of ideas on arbitration and mediation in Bangalore.
