2) HOW DO I BECOME A SUBSCRIBER?
Clicking on the 'Subscribe' button will take you to the Subscription Plans page.
We currently provide 3 reasonable Subscription Plans - 6 months, 1 year and 3 years.
Once you select the plan, a sign-up process will ask you to provide basic details like your e-mail address, mobile number, name and address details. You need to choose a password (You can choose any password, need not be your e-mail password ) Once details are supplied, the page will be redirected to ‘Razorpay payment gateway’ ( a secured banking transaction system) where you can choose a suitable mode of payment and proceed with the transaction. After the payment is done, you will receive an SMS or e-mail from us as to whether your transaction is failed or not. In case of a failed transaction, a message will appear letting you know the failure. If you get a 'Payment Success' screen at the end of the process, you are now a subscribed user.

7) I can see ‘EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION’ apart from the SUBSCRIBE button ? `what is the difference?
An email subscription is only a newsletter subscription without any features and it is free. However, a paid subscription comes with multiple benefits such as unlimited access to livelaw archives, ad-free version, download facility, etc.
8) Can I use the same username (PHONE NUMBER & EMAIL ID) to access my livelaw subscription on tablets, phones, desktops etc?
Yes. You can use the same username and password to access your LiveLaw account for any device be it a mobile phone or a laptop/PC. However, one paid subscription can simultaneously run on only in two devices.
9) CAN I CANCEL LIVELAW SUBSCRIPTION TO AVAIL A REFUND AT ANY POINT?
No. You cannot cancel your LiveLaw subscription for refund. If for some valid reason (as deemed fit by LiveLaw Media Pvt. Ltd.) you wish to cancel your subscription, please send an email to [email protected]
10) ARE THESE SUBSCRIPTION FEATURES AVAILABLE ON THE LIVELAW MOBILE APPS?
Yes. All our features are available on our Android and IOS Apps. Please note that as a subscribed user, you will have full access to the product and will not have to pay anything extra to experience our premium features on the app. You can log into the app with your registered email ID/ phone number. Since the mobile app versions are updated from time to time, you are requested use the latest version of the mobile App.
11) HOW THE DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE BILLED?
As a digital subscriber, you can pay via debit or credit card, net banking, payment wallets (PhonePe, Paytm), UPI, Google Pay etc. In case you wish to make a payment through NEFT/RTGS transfer or want to make a direct deposit to our Paytm account, please write to us at [email protected] OR call us at Call/ WhatsApp us at +91 8982387943 so that we can share our bank details with you.

14) WHAT CAN I DO IN CASE I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?
You can easily reset your password by clicking on the ‘forgot password’ option which will trigger a password reset email to your email inbox.

15) WHY IS THE AMOUNT REFUNDED BY THE BANK is LESSER THAN THE AMOUNT I PAID?
For a failed transaction, the amount refunded by the bank will not include the GST collected. If accepted, the refund will get processed in 7-10 working days.
16) HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
To change your password, please go to ‘My Profile page’ and select 'Change Password'.
17) HOW DO I GET AN INVOICE FOR SUBSCRIPTION?
Once your payment is successful you will receive an email from LiveLaw with your invoice.
18) I DON’T HAVE AN INDIAN CARD; HOW CAN I PURCHASE A LIVELAW SUBSCRIPTION?
