    RNB Global University hosted Adv. Pawan Sharma on the 10th of February, 2017 to give a lecture on Corporate Law which was attended by students of RNB Global University from Course BBA-IV and B.Com II.

    Mr. Pawan Sharma, Advocate [B.Com (H), FCS, LLB] has vast experience in practicing as a Corporate Lawyer at various forums such as the High Court, Company Law Board etc. he used his experience to explain every tit-bits of Corporate Law and shared real life scenario of corporate cases in a very lucid manner so as to make the understanding of Companies Act and allied laws with a practical approach.

    He began his lecture by explaining what a company is and how many types of companies are there, i.e. gave insights into the basics of the corporate law. He continued by explaining the number of members required as well as explaining the Going Concern Concept of the Company. He then taught the student to read the act as well as explained the comparison between Companies Act 2013 with old Act 1956.

    The session was small but ended up with meaningful learning for students of RNB Global University, who are keen to learn from Guest Lectures which are arranged on regular basis by the department of RNB Global University. And it was the first visit of Mr. Pawan Sharma to Bikaner, who enjoyed spending time with students of RNB Global University. He praised the Bikaner campus of RNB Global University and the modern infrastructure facilities which are being made available to students for their learning. He expressed his willingness to visit the campus again and continue to share his experience with the students. He understands that the practical knowledge served by such guest lectures are very valuable to students and it is a right move by the RNB Global University to bring the same by best possible efforts.
