Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Somnath Bharti on Thursday moved the Delhi High Court challenging the victory of Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) leader Satish Upadhyay from Malviya Nagar constituency seat in the recently conducted Assembly polls.
