Kerala High Court Seeks Views Of Bar Members On Applications Submitted For Designation As Senior Advocate

The Kerala High Court has sought the views of the Members of the Bar on the applications submitted by various candidates for designation as 'Senior Advocates'. The notice issued by the Registrar General of the High Court has invited the suggestions of the members of the Bar and other stakeholders to be made within 30 days. It has further been stated that the views on the proposed names received by the Court, shall be expressed and sent in writing to the Registrar General with the name and full address of the sender. The High Court has taken a stance not to entertain any anonymous petitions or recommendations in this regard.
