Justice Vipul M Pancholi Sworn In As Judge Of Patna High Court

Justice Vipul M Pancholi took oath as a judge of the Patna High Court today. The oath-taking ceremony took place at Raj Bhavan in Patna, where Governor Rajendra Arlekar administered the oath of office to Justice Pancholi.

Justice Pancholi started practice as an advocate in the Gujarat High Court in September 1991. He was appointed as an Assistant Government Pleader and Additional Public Prosecutor at Gujarat High Court and served for seven years till March 2006.

He was elevated as the Additional Judge, High Court of Gujarat on 1.10.2014 and confirmed as permanent Judge on 10.06.2016. The Central Government had notified the transfer of Justice Pancholi to the Patna High Court on July 13 as recommended by the Supreme Court Collegium.
