The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”), Government of India, has issued a circular dated 16.08.2023, assigning benches of the National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”) to the newly appointed Judicial and Technical Members.
The benches have been assigned in accordance with Rule 15A of the NCLT (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of President and other Members) Rules, 2015 and in consultation with the President, NCLT.
