NCLT Notifies Holidays And Upcoming Vacation In Benches Of NCLT

The Registrar of the National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”) has issued a circular dated 02.05.2024, intimating the holidays and upcoming vacation benches at NCLT. 1. The Registrar has directed that during the vacation only urgent matters at NCLT Benches shall be taken up. The same is subject to the availability of the Hon'ble Member (s). Hon'ble Member (s) shall grant hearing to the urgent matters as per their convenience. 3. Further, the said vacation benches shall be conducted via video conferencing mode. 4. The Constitution of Bench is as per section 419 (3) of the Companies Act, 2013. 5. The registry shall remain open during the Vacation.
