IMS Law College National Moot Court Competition 2016

IMS Law College, Noida is organizing IMS LAW COLLEGE NATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION on 14 and 15 October 2016.

Competition Rules And Regulations

ELIGIBILITY

The Competition is open for students pursuing three/ five year LL.B. Degree Course from any recognized Law College/University subject to fulfilment of the registration formalities. One team should participate from the college/institution/university.

LANGUAGE: The Competition shall be conducted in the English language only.

TEAM COMPOSITION: Each team shall consist of three members, (two speakers and one researcher).

CRITERIA FOR MEMORIAL EVALUATION

Teams have to prepare Memorials for both the sides.

The teams must send soft copy on or before 24 September, 2016 to [email protected] In addition 6(Six) hard copies of the memorials from each side should reach at the College address by 30 September, 2016.

1st July, 2016: Release of Moot Problems and Rules of the Moot Court Competition

30th August, 2016: Last date of Registration

20th September, 2016: Last dates for reaching Demand Draft and Authorization letter to the College

24th September, 2016: Last Date for submission of Memorial (Soft Copy); Mail to: [email protected]

30th September, 2016: Last Date for submission of Memorials (hard copy)
