Interrobang- 4th NALSAR Quiz Fest 2017

The 4th Edition of Interrobang, the NALSAR Quiz Festival will take place on 21st and 22nd January, 2017 at campus in Shameerpet, Hyderabad. Interrobang has become one of the biggest college Quiz Fests in the country and this edition hopes to replicate and build upon this success.

As always, they shall be hosting some of the best quizmasters in the business, with a significant prize pool in excess of Rs. 90,000.

 The quizzes that will be held include:

• Major Chandrakant Nair will be hosting the India Quiz at 10 am on 21st January and the flagship General Quiz at 2 pm on 22nd January.


• The BizSciTech Quiz will be hosted by Balaji Subramanian​ on 21st January 2017, at 2 pm.


• Lokesh Kaza will be hosting the MELAS Quiz at Interrobang 2017 for the second consecutive year.


• The Medley Quiz at Interrobang 2017 will be hosted by Vishnu Sumanth.

 Rules, Regulations and Eligibility Criteria:

• Teams should consist of THREE members or less.


• Cross-college teams ARE allowed.


• The quiz is open to students pursuing full-time degrees from institutes that are affiliated to universities or are universities themselves.


• The quizzes are only for those doing their undergraduate degrees (this includes those enrolled in integrated Masters/PhDs) and postgraduate students born after 21 January, 1991.


• It is NOT open for teams from courses run by professional associations such as ICAI, ICSI etc. This list is merely indicative and NOT exhaustive.


• Participants pursuing degrees through distance mode learning are NOT eligible.


• Participants pursuing Diploma courses are NOT eligible.


• School/junior college students will be allowed to take part, on request.


• Identification cards will have to be carried by all participants.

Registration for the quizzes can be done on the spot, at the venue. There is a token registration amount of Rs. 30 per head per quiz. For details of Registration, click here.

All teams requiring accommodation must send in a mail to quizzing@nalsar.ac.in specifying team composition, and the intended duration of stay. Our Organizing Committee will respond within 24 hours, with all necessary details.
