Essential Qualification and Experience

• Officers under the Central Government / State Government / Union Territory / Autonomous Statutory or Organization or Public Sector Undertaking or University or recognized Research Institutions - a. (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or (ii) With five years' regular service in post in the Pay Level 12 (Rs.78800-209200) in the Pay Matrix in the parent cadre/ Department or equivalent.
• Degree in Law of a recognized University; and Twelve years' experience as an advocate in conducting criminal cases or Twelve years' experience in State Judicial Service or in the Legal Department of a State Government or Central Government or Union Territory or Statutory organization or Public Sector Undertaking or University or recognized Research Institution.
