Name of the Post: Assistant Director (Law)

Pay Scale: Level-11 in the Pay Matrix (Rs.67700-208700)

Essential Qualification

• Officers of Central Government or State Government or Union Territory Administration or Public Sector Undertakings or recognized research institutions or Universities or Autonomous or Statutory Organizations:
• (a)(i) holding the analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii)with five years' service in level-10 in the pay matrix (Rs.56100-177500) or equivalent, rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; and
• (b) possessing a master's degree in Law from a recognized University and having three years' experience in teaching Law subjects.
