Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in law from reputed Institutions.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience with working knowledge of Public Administration laws; Land laws including the AP CRDA Act, 2014 and Land Pooling Scheme, Transfer of Property Act, Assignment Rules and Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (RFCTLARR Act, 2013); Companies Act, 2013; Indian Contract Act and Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; Public Procurement rules, General Finance rules, Labour laws, Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, Environmental Laws and Civil Procedure Code are essential.
• Experience in project development, infrastructure and PPP / concession matters of a development or infrastructure authority is desirable.
• Required to furnish year-wise cases handled in the courts with details.
