• Bachelor's degree in law from a reputed law college with 3-6 years of experience.
• Understanding of Insurance and Contract laws along with the related Guidelines, Rules & Regulations.
• Knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, CPC, Criminal laws and the Evidence Act
• Good drafting skills.
• Ability to analyze FIR s, PM Reports, hospital records and treatment papers, etc. to determine liability.
• Good legal research and Good exposure to MS Office
