Essential Qualification and Experience

Associate

• LL.B. from a recognized university & Bar council of India enrolment with 0–3 years Post qualification experience.
• Prior corporate client handling experience.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written & oral English.
• Working knowledge of civil and commercial laws.
• Comfortable with MS Word, Excel & Google Workspace.

Senior Associate / Principal Associate

• LL.B. from a recognized university & Bar council of India enrolment with 4-10 years Post qualification experience.
• Prior corporate client handling experience.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written & oral English.
• Working knowledge of civil and commercial laws.
• Comfortable with MS Word, Excel & Google Workspace.

Role & Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, applications, opinions, and agreements.
• Legal research and case strategy support
• Assisting and appearing before High Courts, SAT, NCLT, Consumer Forums, and other forum.
• Client interaction and litigation support
