Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should have post qualification experience on 1-3 years.
• Strong fundamentals in Corporate and Contract law.
• Good drafting skills with an eye for detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and transaction documents.
• Support due diligence exercises and data-room management.
• Conduct legal research and prepare notes and summaries.
• Assist senior team members in transaction execution and client deliverables.
• Support regulatory filings and compliance tasks
