Essential Qualification and Experience

• For retired Judicial Officers: 1. The applicant must have retired as a Judicial Officer from State of Uttar Pradesh.
• Advocates: 1. The applicant must be a practicing Advocate at High Court of Judicature at Allahabad or its Lucknow Bench. 2.The applicant must be enrolled on Advocate Roll of High Court of Judicature at Allahabad or its Lucknow Bench, as the case may be.
• Law Graduates: 1. The applicant must have a degree in Law from a recognized University and should not be engaged in legal practice. 2. The applicant must be permanent resident of Allahabad (Prayagraj)/ Lucknow/Varanasi/ Kanpur (Nagar/Dehat). 3. In case of such Law Graduates, who are in employment, they may submit their applications along with 'No Objection Certificate' from their employer. If there is delay in obtaining 'No Objection Certificate', the candidates are advised to apply along with receipt of their application for grant of 'No Objection Certificate', but the application must be submitted on or before the last date prescribed in the Notification.
